Our beansflour can be used for Akara (Beancake), Moin-Moin (Nigerian Pudding), Ekuru (White bean pudding), Gbegiri usually combined with Ewedu for a sumptuous amala meal, pancake, and other flour base baking food.
How to cook Moin-moin and Akara with DAERIN’S BEANFLOUR;
For Moin-moin: Pour your desired quantity in a bowl, add your ingredients and mix properly, leave for five minutes, then stir and pour in your chosen Moin-moin bowl/pouch and start cooking.
For Akara; Pour your desired quantity in a bowl, add your ingredients, leave for 5minutes, stir and scoop in a heated oil pan. Reduce the heat to avoid over burning and keep turning the sides.
